Ghost town??

Yes, this place gets slow during holidays and weekends....it's about the timing.

Peeps have this tendency to self medicate and then dive into a rehab before and after a holiday because they have have/had to spend quality time with family.

Two years ago I had a panic attack four days before thanksgiving and ran to rehab to get away from my parents.....gawd that was stupid. But a good panic attack will do that.

So at any time when you see someone new, please welcome them. As you all know, the holidays can trip triggers!

This has been a long ass week. I have a best bud who has skin cancer...it's stage three on his face. He needed moral support this week. I'm trying catch up on shit I haven't been able to do. I have another dude that I take care of who needs to be in the nursing home. He can't walk so it's a challenge getting him to Drs appt. I'm beat.
