Hi Gary,
Thanks for checking in. Glad to hear your doing great at 60 days! I think the healthy eating and workouts really help. Don't ever fall victim to thinking you can use just once...stay away from all opiates!
Check in often....

I know what u mean Jules it only takes one. Last week a thought creeped into my head I just wanted something to get motivated and I had to sit and think for a minute about how it screwed up not only my life but everyone I came into contact with. Sometimes I think its good to remember how bad we were before so we learn from our mistakes. I know I made a bunch. I'm still dragging ass and waking up 50 times a night but i guess that's just pretty normal.

Lol...I'm dragging ass too...but only waking up 3 times a night. Benadryl helps me sleep..and a bit of vodka lately. It's easy to trade one addiction for another, so everything in moderation...

Well hello everyone, I know it's been a while since I've posted but I've been reading others. I'm about a week shy of 3 months and to tell the truth I feel great I have to credit that to going to the gym 5 days a week. I've gained about 6 pounds which is a good thing for me and been working like crazy. My birthday is Friday and I'm gonna celebrate it by doing nothing. It will be the first year I've been clean in about 15. So good luck to all its worth the pain and agony.
